Certificates are made for:

• Gold or Silver award for Girl Scouts
• Eagle Scout rank for Scouts
• Bronze, Gold, Silver, Ranger, or Sea Scouting Quartermaster for Venturing
• Lutheran Living Faith award for youth
• Servant of Youth award for the adult
• Lutheran Lamb of God for the adult
• Century Club membership in NLAS
• Life membership in NLAS
• Appreciation to adults

Information needed:

• Name of recipient to receive the recognition
• Name of category
• Troop number for Eagle rank, Gold award and Silver award
• Particular wording if needed i.e. Appreciation certificates
• Date the certificate is needed
• Who is making the request and how to contact them
• To whom and where to send certificate.
