Adult Information

The following information is useful for adults in starting new units, building existing ones and helping Lutheran youth grow in their relationship with God and their Lutheran Church.

Are you trying to get churches in your LCMS District or ELCA Synod to start a new unit. Check this endorsement letter that you can ask your District President or Synod Bishop to send to appropriate churches before you call on them.

Local Association of Scouters What are they, where are they, how to form one.

NLAS holds an annual meeting every year. These will be announced in Lutheran Scouting

Regional Forums are held occasionally and are scheduled by Region volunteers

Philmont Conferences Scouting in the Church's Ministry) are held each year. Sometimes we hold a Lutheran breakout and some years we hold a Lutheran conference, the next conference will be in 2012.

Preparations are going on for Jamboree 2010. We have a Jamboree chair in place and developing plans.
